Booking payment & Cancellation policy

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Submit your online inquire and one of our advisors will contact you to provide details about the payment method via Bank transfer or credit card payment link
  2. Complete the payment process and send the payment receipt to nautidivingtours@gmail.com
  3. Now your reservation is secured and you will receive a confirmation email with the tour details

Booking payment & cancellation policy

Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour start date.

Child Rates

  • Children under 2 years old: Free of charge
  • Children under 6 years old: 30% discount
  • Children under 12 years old: 20% discount

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation, an administrative fee of 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the tour start date, 100% of the total cost will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Provider Cancellation Policy

If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the scheduled boat is unable to complete the itinerary, we will provide another boat of similar characteristics.
If it is not possible to offer an alternative service, a proportional refund will be issued for the services not provided.
